  As a former claims adjuster with a direct competitor State Farm insurance, the initial thought of A major life change like a switch from an insurance carrier to another was not only daunting and terrifying, but it kept me up at night. Will life continue if I make the switch? Will this seemingly insignificant change (to some) result in a butterfly effect across continents that will change the universe as we know it? Perhaps most important of these questions that ran through my head and kept me up at night after agonizing night was wondering if I would ever receive mail from this new, unchartered and new Insurance carrier? Upon the execution of the big switch, and only about a fortnight later I was to receive my message loud and clear. Not a new moon phase has gone by where he and I have not received some sort of correspondence from State Farm insurance. They reminded me that I am part of their club, but they're always there for me both in postal correspondence and when I have coverage questions, policy questions, or when I'm too lazy to Google something and want to just ask Andrew or Kim a question about life itself. State Farm, and in turn, the Kimberly Lee agency is there for me. They never forget me, and even if they do I am annoying enough to the point that they have no choice to respond. "But, wait," you say, "every national carrier sends ridiculous amounts of mail." While that may or may not be the case, State Farm insurance puts their money and their coverage where they say they will. They are knowledgeable like great wizards from olden times, seriously they wear robes, and have the crooked wooden hooked staffs and everything. Actually that wizard thing might be made up or I may be misremembering from a time I went to comicon or something. But Kimberly, Andrew, and the whole staff at the Kimberly we agency are wonderful to deal with wizard staffs be damned. As I write this review by candlelight, in the tallest tower of the tallest castle in all the land, i'm reminded of my triumphant decision to make the great switch from another carrier, for whom at one time I would have bled my own blood with pride and overtime hours, I lament on the times I have been so empowered with knowledge of property and casualty insurance that I have wept uncontrollably. Granted, I had just watched The Notebook for the umpteenth time after four too many gin and tonics, but I digress. You too can expseirnce the power of change(ing insurance carriers). You will bleed. It will be painful like a small mosquito bite but less itchy. You will have questions in your journey of reckoning and the Kimberly Lee agency, they...they will have answers. You will. Amaze yourself in the process this whole world, this land Of unyielding coverage and mail like you haven't seen since you were young and carefree and believed in Santa Clause. Thank you Kimberly Lee Agency and State Farm Insurance, for giving me fewer wrinkles, a renewed thirst for insurance debate, and most of all for giving me the power to believe in Santa Clause again. You are the best (and unlike this ridiculously written review that part is absolutely accurate, and true!)
