- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Called to ask about mortgage refinancing options, 1st lady (switchboard?) was really nice and polite she took my name/number and had someone from that dept. call me back. The person who called back, another lady, sounded mean and very grouchy. "What do you need!" was her first line. Just b/c you're having a bad day, doesn't mean you should translate that across. I have an account with them, good thing it's only a small amount and not direct deposit.By Tou Thor, March 19, 2017
