  I enjoyed your online auction and the assistance I received with all of my questions! I received my purchases and they were just as nice as they were in the picture.   The store was fun to shop at until the started raising the prices up and up and up over the past 3 years, we don't do there any more because of it. it's a second hand store that's way more expensive then goodwill, charging retail prices for used items. It's sad what it's turned into.

  I am from out of town, & it's always fun to visit this store whenever I am in the area. Prices are affordable, & most of the employees are friendly.

  We contracted Bumble Puppy to handle an online auction as we worked to close out my mother's house. We needed it done quickly so Mom wouldn't have to pay for the house another month. Our options were clearly explained to us and we opted for the auction. Within days of signing our contract, the Bumble Puppy crew came in, organized everything, took pictures, and was well on their way to posting our auction. That, too, was done quickly. As I reviewed the lots on our auction site, I discovered (to my horror) that a family heirloom had been included. This was the family's fault (we missed it as we removed things we wanted). I immediately contacted Bumble Puppy and they quickly removed it from the auction ... and this all happened on a weekend. Bumble Puppy worked with grace and good humor when street work made getting to Mom's house really challenging (who digs a hole in front of a driveway and leaves it there for three weeks?) and when Mom showed up and wanted to know who gave them the right to take her stuff (she has memory issues). I'm so grateful they treated her with kindness and understanding. All in all, it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend them to handle an estate sale, especially online.
