- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We tried calling for an appointment regarding wills and estate planning. We went thru 2-3 different people who all seemed more interested in qualifying us and finding out who recommended us to them. (It was my sister, and another lawyer). After all this we were told someone would call us back. After waiting over 2 hours I called another firm and within 10 minutes had talked to the secretary, lawyer, and established an appointment time. When these people finally did call back we said we were taking our business elsewhere based on their apparent lack of interest and response.By John Doe, August 23, 2017
