- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've banked with Fox Communities for 10 years. They have a lot of options and I have my account setup so it is not possible to receive a fee of any sort. They have let me add and remove people from my account, link accounts, have online banking, pick up quarters for laundry, and I can write 2 cashiers checks a month for free which they are always kind enough to mail for me. Kay, a very knowledgeable and kind employee, went way above and beyond a couple of years ago and did all of the investigative work (more so than the police departments) on finding out who stole and spent $326 on my debit card. The bank issued me a check for the amount after only a week, even before it was discovered who the perp was. In comparison, at Capital Credit Union, my boyfriend keeps getting $26 overdraft fees, has his account closed without his permission, and it took almost 2 months for his debit card to come in the mail.
